Threshold

Every stay
is a crossing.

Threshold is the reflective layer inside Sanctum — a place between what was and what comes next. Twenty-five keys, thoughtfully kept.

Brand Idea

The hotel as passage,
not merely lodging.

Threshold gives the overnight guest permission to slow down, reflect on the journey behind them and imagine the one ahead. The biblical resonance is indirect but meaningful — doorways and thresholds often mark protection, passage, covenant, and entry into sacred space.

Upper-upscale and boutique. Warm limewash and plaster balanced with dark timber, bronze, and aged leather. Sleep quality, acoustic isolation, and tactile comfort are the visible luxuries — hospitable from the first click to check-out. Open to the public; offered to members first.

Stay at Threshold. Cross the Threshold. A room between chapters.

Design Direction

Twenty-five keys,
thoughtfully kept.

Every room is a room between chapters — designed for the guest who wants to be handled with care and sent forward with clarity.

I

The Corridor

Pools of light

Use pools of light, niches, and moments of orientation instead of generic hotel corridors.

II

The Room

Paths & horizons

Guest-room art explores paths, horizons, fragments, memory and becoming. Warm limewash and plaster balanced with dark timber, bronze, and aged leather.

III

The In-Room Ritual

Journal, prompt, object

Every room includes a journal, a reflection prompt, and an object with a local maker story — the ritual of arrival made tangible.

IV

The Numbers

25 keys · $250 ADR · 72%

Twenty-five keys, a two-hundred-and-fifty-dollar target rate, and a seventy-two percent target occupancy — sized for a house, not a chain.

Sensory Signature

Felt before
it is read.

Linen, cedar drawer, faint mineral
